My telephone consultation service is focused on puppy behavior. For guidance on canine nutritional and health-related issues, it is always best to consult with your veterinarian.

I am a dog trainer (canine behaviorist) by profession. I make my living visiting the homes of dog owners who are confronted by substantial behavioral problems with their companion dog. My in-home services are expensive, but given the intensity of the challenges my clients are facing with their dog, they are very happy to see me.

For every dog and dog owner I visit, I see many more dogs that are behaving fairly well, but have at least one issue their owners would love to change, but have not because they don't know how. They are in that awkward spot where the behavior of their dog does not warrant the cost of a training program, but their effort to change the dogs misbehavior on their own is not working.

I've launched this website and telephone consultation service because dog owners need a resource that can give them some solid guidance on shaping their dog's behavior without that advice breaking the bank.

Much of the time my guidance will be the 'missing piece' in your training efforts, and you will see immediate behavior change. I find that dog owners are very sincere and willing to make the effort if someone will just tell them how, and dogs are very receptive to a positive leadership message when it is delivered in a way they understand. My role is to be that bridge between your effort and your dog's compatible behavior. Together, with one phone call we can get very specific about your dog's behavior and begin shaping the relationship you have with your dog or pup into exactly what you want it to be.

How To Proceed...

Step 1	Click Here to visit my no-obligation puppy behavior quiz. Working through this quiz can help you define your issues with your pup. When you click on 'Submit' at the conclusion of the quiz, you will arrive at my online appointment calendar, where if you choose to go on, you can select a time and date for our phone discussion that is convenient to you.

Step 2	Once you have chosen a phone call time and date, you will arrive at PayPal to make payment of $30 for a one-on-one 30 minute (maximum) conversation with me. Payment is required at this point in order to retain the session time/date you have chosen. You can make payment with a Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card, or through your PayPal account if you have one. PayPal is among the most secure websites in the world. I will not have access to your credit information.

Step 3	After you make payment at PayPal, you will receive an email confirmation that will allow you to reschedule or cancel your phone call booking up to 24 hours in advance. You will receive a second email 24 hours before our appointment reminding you of our scheduled call time.
